• Delivery 

We now officially ship worldwide.

Nationwide delivery for South Africa costs R99. For the rest of the world, the shipping fee is automatically calculated based on your destination at checkout.

In-stock items are dispatched within 4-5 business days. If the item is made-to-order it will be dispatched as soon as it is ready. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time.

󠀮Important: We kindly ask for your understanding that we cannot assume responsibility for parcels lost or damaged during transit if you have authorized the courier service to leave your parcel unattended in the event that no one is available to sign for it at the delivery address.

ORDER

• Cancellation

In the instance that you have ordered the incorrect items), provided incorrect shipping details or wish to cancel your order, please DM us immediately after order placement. If the order has been fulfilled at our studio, we are unfortunately unable to make amendments, and you will need to request a return. 

• Tracking

When your order is fulfilled, we will send you a tracking number via the confirmation email. Please note that it may take a few hours for the tracking information to update following dispatch.

RETURN 

• General Guideline

Sale, discounted, giveaway or custom-made items are unfortunately not eligible for Return or Exchange.

However, we are happy to issue a credit note or an exchange for all original priced items. All returns must be processed within cavs o de ver and must be unworn. unwashed and unaltered witn their original tags still attached. If you wish to exchange an item, please inform us immediately by sending us a DM. 

If we have reasons to suspect that the return does not satisfy the criteria above, we have the right to refuse 

• Return Costs 

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping. 

• No Refund Policy 

Please note that we unfortunately do not offer refunds on any and all items under any circumstance. We are however more than happy to make an exchange for you or offer a credit note once the item has been returned to us in a satisfactory condition.
